Hit-Air jacket/coat inspection After paying the inspection fee, you will receive an e-mail with an attached file that you must print out, fill in and send with your jacket/coat.
The service will include :
- Jacket inspection
- Activation test with CO2 cartridge Key box inspection
- Airbag reset and reconditioning
- Reinstallation of a new CO2 cartridge (48cc/50cc/60cc)
- Return shipping charges (via Canada Post)

- Hit-Air Ball Wrench
*Please do not send any other accessories, including cords and CO2 cartridges.
The manufacturer recommends replacing the airbag jacket/tube as soon as signs of wear appear. Hit-Air jackets should be replaced every three to five years, even if the airbag has never been activated.
